Looks like they’re fixing Steam Machine VR streaming as quickly as possible.
I also love that they’re getting really current with their kernel and KDE versions.

Some reason I couldn’t launch any non-steam games after this update, games could still be run from the desktop, just not from steam (steamdeck for reference). I switched back to regular instead of beta and could run openmw again, maybe it would have been fine after a reboot but regardless it was strange.
Just in case anyone else experiences the same thing.

I’m convinced Remote Play is broken indefinitely and will never be fixed. It’s never remained stable enough for me to play extended sessions on my Deck or long ago with my Stream Link (hardwired even) which was specifically designed for remote play.
Moonlight and Sunshine have worked flawlessly, so it really boggles me that Valve can’t figure out what two different open source projects have excelled at.

I run Steam Link on my n100 mini HTPC machine. Both mini and gaming pc connected over ethernet. There is barely any lag and 0 issues so far. The only time I had problem is when game somehow couldn’t be streamed due to how it is being launched (Kingdom Hearts 1.5/2.5/BBS have a weird setup).
What exactly the issues you have?

Oh I am not the only one having this problem? Good thing sunshine and moonlight exist :)

With how much OSS they’re using, seems like they should just switch to integrating it, then
