Sega should commit to physical media and no A.I. and then hit the world with their first gaming system in 25+ years: the SEGA Re-GENESIS.

Commit to no physical media, and everything AI generated, and call it the Sega Nightmarecast.
Do that on April Fools day, and then use the publicity to launch their actual new console.
