  Yes, but most drivers will tend to avoid or drive carefully around them when they see the sticker. I definitely allow more space than usual when I’m behind one. If they’re behind me, I try to move to a different lane.

  If other drivers are more cautiously around you, it's already a huge win and to some extent offsets your mistakes.
