Comment on The antitrust case against Apple

He pretty much just makes the case that Apple sucks and he thinks their customers are deluded. I’d be interesting in hearing more about whether it’s a solid legal case. Or, what Apple might be required to do to settle it.

Too early to say. It will be a very long case. I haven’t read the complaint myself yet, but most lawyers agree that the complaint is strong (legally speaking). Feds usually only bring cases they are sure they can win, they care a lot about their win/loss ratio.
