That’s not necessarily the most popular (which they define as highest karma) reddit user, that’s just the highest karma account. Some people use multiple accounts or delete accounts and start new ones, and there’s no way we could asses which individual has the highest cumulative karma.

He pretty much just makes the case that Apple sucks and he thinks their customers are deluded. I’d be interesting in hearing more about whether it’s a solid legal case. Or, what Apple might be required to do to settle it.

If there’s been a pause of several hours, people consider it a new conversation. “Good morning” implies that the speaker assumes other participants have slept overnight.
