Bro GDPR is about getting and processing data, there is no fucking point you can make to say that this isn’t a GDPR violation. You are being absolutely nuts about it. They have no right to do that in general.

  When they collect that data, they do it for a reason… They don’t do it just because its possible to do it… The existence of the data itself is a problem as its collected without consent.
