I am not aware of better options than the Huaying fan for an OG Steam Deck LCD. Did you have something specific in mind ?

Valve doesn’t manufacture fans, the fan he got is the OEM fan.

Both Huaying and Delta fans are OEM, your Deck could have either fan. Valve has multiple suppliers for some parts.
