Did you read all of that? I can’t find any verdicts except for some (all?) of the plaintiffs being dismissed without prejudice. So many of the documents are sealed.

Dismissal ≠ disproven. The judge dismiss the case, but the redacted emails can be confirmed with DKIM.

The issue is exactly that Valve DOES make exclusivity deals, and try to coerce developers to add their telemetry into their games.

I got downvoted to hell because Valve will never support Alpha, IA-32, PA-RISC, SH3, SPARC, & VAX PCs.
