    No EA app? Holy shit, I absolutely didn’t expect that. I fully expected it to be a steam release that opens up that stupid launcher every time.

    Those launchers are cancer for the Steam Deck. Even trying a Steam Deck verified game started like Star Wars Squadrons was more difficult than it needed to be with that extra layer of bullshit.

    There is no guarantee that EA won’t change the deal after you’ve bought the game.
