    Thats the end goal yeah. Salaries are the most expensive cost for companies.

      And then they have to spend TRIPLE the money on contractors to fix the extremely hallucinated code.

        Yeah, become a contractor if you can. Its a different budget than they have for employees so no problem getting paid, while employees are given a tiny bag of money every year, distributed to each employee as “the budget for salary increases”. Usually a couple of percent increase, where half goes away as tax.

        Its such a scam.
