The “Heart of Steel” arc with HARDAC was one I always enjoyed. That, or the Clayface story. Very odd to have a tragedy in a kids show, but I guess that’s one of the things that made TAS so special.

Clayface was definitely a top 5. Anytime a character had to face losing its humanity I think I was particularly affected.
