$18 is a bargain when AW 1+2 - Ports of old GBA games, is still $60 on the Switch!

PS5 Pro - only marginally better than an option that’s only $450.
Steam Deck OLED - only marginally better than an option that’s only $300.

I heard all the controversy about Dustborn and picked up the free demo, it’s a decent little Telltale style game.

I thought Nintendo shut that down? Or was that just Switch emulation?
- Comment on Windows is Now Officially Supported on OLED Steam Deck 2 months ago:
Yeah, the MicroSD slot is around 100mb/s:

USB-C is anywhere from 5 Gbps to 20 Gbps. Not sure what standard the Deck supports, but even the slowest is 625 to 2500 mb/s.

The Call of Duty franchise is one of the biggest games going. PUBG Battlegrounds is huge, so is Destiny 2.

I use a 2TB Kingston SSD through the USB-C port. All the Steam Deck stuff stays on the internal drive, Windows 11 on the Kingston.

There are also docks that support NVMe:

Some games have security software that requires Windows. Destiny 2 for example.

Weird that the drivers are that dramatically different for the OLED version.
The standard Steam Deck Windows drivers have been out for ages, I have a Win11 external SSD and it works fine.

Why bother with a HUD when there are already transparent screens?
- Comment on Microsoft Gaming CEO: “I think we should have a handheld, too” 5 months ago:
Xbox Remote Play already works on the Steam Deck and Android devices. Not sure on iOS, I haven’t tried that, but I’ve personally run it on my Android tablet and Steam Deck.

The inverse is also true though, someone else is watching, I dunno, “The Crown”, pick up the Steam Deck and walk away. ;)

If they wanted to do an original story, then why license the property and attach the name?

Not unusual, Bungie does the same thing only actively banning non-Windows users.
- Comment on Goodbye Roblox on Steam Deck 8 months ago:
Some applications just require Windows. You have to acknowledge that if you’re going to use a non-Windows device.
I have the same discussion with my wife every time some website doesn’t work. “Are you using a real browser or are you in Safari?”

It’s not hard to dual boot with Windows. I set it up with one of these:

The last live action trilogy were Marvel movies in partnership with Sony.
The last live action Sony Spider-Man movies were ASM and ASM2.
- Comment on Inside Sony’s ‘Madame Web’ Collapse: Forget About a New Franchise 8 months ago:
It’s not limited to non-Spiderman either. ASM and ASM2 were trash as well.
Sony hasn’t had a good Spider-Man movie since Spider-Man 2 in 2004.
- Comment on Inside Sony’s ‘Madame Web’ Collapse: Forget About a New Franchise 8 months ago:
It really looks like Sony is just churning out the Spider-Movies so they don’t lose the licensing rights.
The only hits they had were the Spider-Verse flicks and those stood on the shoulders of what was essentially slave labor…

Say what you want about Miller as a human being, as an actor they did a very good job portraying the same character from 3 different angles.
