They do intersect a lot.
We’ve done this before and they just rolled it up onto executive bonuses.
This is in addition to the last two times we gave them billions to build out internet infrastructure.
It worked out so well last time, it’s like sunk-cost fallacy at this point. Might as well be a Nigerian scammer.
