Oh, so this is how I find out they’re releasing a third one…
I really love TTP. The original one was just perfect in every way for me. Loved the setting, the characters, the writing, the puzzles, the cheeky freedom with the hidden puzzles…
TTP2 didn’t quite feel the same. I bought it on release and was super excited for it, but even though I liked many aspects of it, it felt… lackluster.
Maybe it’s because it had too many characters to focus on, because of the change in setting, because it lacked the “oops, I don’t think I’m meant to do this, I think I broke it” moments in puzzles the first one had…
And the graphics. They even re-released a “remaster” by using the same ugly UE5 graphics for the first game, and to me it feels like a step back in every way. Worse art direction, shadows and anti aliasing breaking in really weird ways, and performance going from 300fps to 20fps (beautiful foliage though).
I didn’t even finish all the DLC in the second game, and after doing one (100% completion) playthrough, I don’t feel like playing again for a while. I would lie if I said I won’t play TTP3 -because I most likely will-, but I’m sad over what it could’ve been, and probably won’t be.
Anyways, frogs are people too. Change my mind.

True, but at that point you’d have an inverted slider, and that’s outside the scope of my imagination :P

When you turn clockwise, you move down when you’re on the right side.
To scroll down, you move the slider on the right side down.
Idk, it’s intuitive for me, but I guess that it’s like inverted controls on videogames. What’s comfortable for you depends on how your brain works.
- Comment on How to uninstall this commad 8 months ago:
If you run that command now, it doesn’t do anything because the script it tries to download doesn’t exist anymore.
If you ran it when the script still existed, the only way to “uninstall” it is to know what the script did. Which we can’t know without the file.
- Comment on That didn't last long - the Junk Store for Steam Deck has its Steam page removed 1 year ago:
Paid product? I’m not sad, we already have Heroic Games Launcher for free, and it works just fine.
- Comment on [PSA] Firewatch, one of the best walking sims, is on a -90% sale right now! Only $1.99 is an incredible steal. Runs great on Deck. 2 years ago:
Yeah but it was kinda shitty from the devs, because they explicitly (on their webpage) gave everyone permission to post gameplay videos, and then dropped the DMCA on pewdiepie because he said the n word in a different video.
Not defending pewdiepie, but the devs shouldn’t have proceeded that way. At least they should’ve asked him to take the playthrough down instead.
