- Comment on Leaked video shows PlayStation toying with Aloy from Horizon as an AI chatbot 2 weeks ago:
I imagine game studios are out of ideas so they are pitching, “AI NPC’s” to investors. This would also save money on voice acting and writing. If Rockstar’s GTA VI does bad then I’m counting that as the final nail in the AAA coffin.
- Comment on R.E.P.O. is a new co-op horror game with silly physics currently exploding on Steam 3 weeks ago:
Sir, a 5th Lethal Company like game has hit Steam
- Comment on Warner Bros close Monolith, creators of F.E.A.R., Condemned, Shadow Of Mordor and Wonder Woman 4 weeks ago:
Shoutout to them patenting the nemesis system thus killing any potential of spinoffs/innovation of the genre.
- Comment on Make your complaints heard about bad games, says Dragon Age veteran Mark Darrah, but "your $70 doesn't buy you cruelty" 5 weeks ago:
I think Baldur’s Gate 3 raised the bar for storytelling in RPG games. The previous Dragon Age games also had fantastic world building and storytelling. Vanguard fell a bit short and suffers from “Marvel Dialogue” where they undercut every emotional moment with a quip.
- Comment on Rumor: New Details On Bungie's Upcoming MOBA Gummy Bears Revealed 2 months ago:

The article being this bad proves that he didn’t use AI.
- Comment on Flappy Bird’s original creator says he has nothing to do with the new game 6 months ago:
Open source would’ve been cool but I had a teacher in high school teach us how to re-create the game and it took us a week.

- Comment on Game dev challenges other devs to multiply something in their game by 1000, triggering landslide of chaotic videos 10 months ago:
Another beautiful article that just describes a Twitter thread the author found. Proof that AI could never replicate the indomitable journalist spirit.
- Comment on Hades 2 will change your "dash" and "sprint" abilities in its first patch 10 months ago:
Interested in what changes they’ll make before 1.0 gets released. I was a bit disappointed that if you progress too fast they give you a 20% incoming damage debuff.
- Comment on The AC game set in feudal Japan is called Assassins Creed Shadows, may have leaked its own release date 10 months ago:
Weird they decided to release it on September 11th.

Goose Goose Duck already did this by adding a bunch of new rules while copying the Among Us gameplay loop.
- Comment on Helldivers 2 PC players will soon need to link their Steam accounts to PlayStation Network 10 months ago:
Sony published the game and bailed them out when servers went down in February. Still absolutely blows that players in certain regions will be completely unable to play.
- Comment on D&D makers are spending $1 billion on their own video games, promising they’ll be ‘quality and authentic’ like Baldur’s Gate 3 10 months ago:
Same vibe as any newly announced live-service game in the last 6 years claiming that their battle pass will be like Fortnite. Comparing yourself to the top dog doesn’t put you in front of the kibble bowl.
- Comment on Call of Duty 2024 and Gears 6 to get June reveal alongside Avowed and Indiana Jones release dates, claims report 10 months ago:
Can’t wait for the Indiana Jones battle pass where I can unlock Short Round.

Starfield took 8 years to make and lasted 3 weeks in my newsfeed.
- Comment on Helldivers 2 patch makes life hellish indeed for smaller parties, but also makes maps more fun to explore 10 months ago:
Increased to five seconds wouldn’t be so bad but increased by five seconds is a huge nerf. It’s a 3 second charge up time that will now take 8 seconds to fire.
I wish the autocannon worked against shrieker nests.

Fraud backwards is Duarf and Ganondorf is a Nintendo IP.
- Comment on Garry's Mod forced to remove Nintendo content after takedowns 11 months ago:
I saw some rumors that it was just a malicious 3rd party imitating Nintendo DMCA’s. It would explain why Nintendo would care about a 15+ year old game.
- Comment on Garry’s mod is removing “Nintendo Stuff” after takedown notices, but users suspect foul play from fraudsters 11 months ago:
Love an article that just quotes a Twitter discussion followed by a cool comment the writer found on Reddit.
- Comment on Fortnite Adds New Setting To Hide 'Confrontational Emotes' 11 months ago:
Not a bad idea. Depending on the age of the child getting upset over a taunt kill is a bad sign. This won’t stop someone from teabagging but as long as the option isn’t forced on anyone why not.
- Comment on Valheim's volcanic Ashlands update gets first proper trailer and breakdown 11 months ago:
I’ll level with you. I’ve been meaning to play Valheim for years but only managed a couple of hours near release, so I’ve got very little to meaningfully comment on the changes.
We should pay these guys more
