Bundles are definitely where I get a majority of games, good tip there!
- Comment on Steam Winter Sale 2024 Has Begun! 4 days ago:
Autumn sale ended on the 4th… I remember when these events were worth getting excited over
- Comment on One of strategy gaming's true oddballs returns in Creeper World IXE, which pits starships against oceans of wrathful gloop 2 weeks ago:
4 is the better game but 3 has a nice simplicity, plus it was my first game in the series so I’m quite fond of it
- Comment on One of strategy gaming's true oddballs returns in Creeper World IXE, which pits starships against oceans of wrathful gloop 2 weeks ago:
This series is crazy and I LOVE it, such a fun concept and they’ve been reinventing itself the last few releases. The previous was full 3D and was glorious
- Comment on That lawsuit against Steam’s 30% cut of game sales is now a class action, meaning many other developers could benefit 3 weeks ago:
Curious how this will do. It was already dismissed once and now it’s joined a different suit, wonder if they actually have any evidence this time
- Comment on The Witcher 4 has entered "the most intensive phase of development", say CD Projekt 3 weeks ago:
Crunch?

Hell yeah let’s put this guy in charge of something
- Comment on Some guy complained this fishing game only caters to queer players, so the dev added a "straight" title - it costs $9999 1 month ago:
It’s like the dev said “what if we took one specific type of animal crossing player and made a game out of it”
I look forward to internet flower watering and internet bug catching (where you play as a frog)
- Comment on Some guy complained this fishing game only caters to queer players, so the dev added a "straight" title - it costs $9999 1 month ago:
What’s funnier is that the title comes in quotemarks. So you’re not straight, you’re “straight”.
lmao
- Comment on Alan Wake 2 still hasn't quite made its money back, according to Remedy's latest financials 1 month ago:
Would probably help if it were available on a platform people actually use
- Comment on Blizzard promise "something for everyone" in Warcraft's 30th Anniversary Direct next month 1 month ago:
Everyone has phones!
- Comment on Former Skyrim developer's heavy metal open world hunting sim releases on Steam 1 month ago:
The art style for this game is really interesting, it’s using untextured super high-res models and relying on Unreal’s Nanite stuff to make the environment still look great. Will have to pick this up!
- Comment on Knights In Tight Spaces kicks the Tight Fight formula in the direction of fantasy role-playing 2 months ago:
Looking forward to this, I played a lot of Fights when it first launched! The combat was so satisfying
- Comment on Paradox think there's no point competing with XCOM after their Lamplighters flop - it's "winner takes all" in the "tactical gaming space" 2 months ago:
Weird take, Tactical Breach Wizards sold >100k copies in a few weeks so there’s definitely space in the genre.

Godot power!
- Comment on Valve appear to be testing ARM64 and Android support for Steam on Linux 2 months ago:
A Linux headset would be awesome! Especially since Godot works so well on the platform, could make a nice target
- Comment on The Plucky Squire recently came out, and used the Steam Deck to represent PC 2 months ago:
I tried 👍 if you’re going to start accusing people of misunderstanding you on purpose then I’m done here. Have a nice day!
- Comment on The Plucky Squire recently came out, and used the Steam Deck to represent PC 2 months ago:
Because Steam Deck is not just a PC and cannot share the same enjoyment and benefits of a regular PC, because it’s a handheld.
This is where you lost most people. When people pointed out that it was incorrect you started adding more words and insisting that everyone else was wrong and you were just misunderstood.
What you’re saying about it being a target is true and is part of what makes it so valuable as a platform, but saying it’s a target does not counter your misconception that it cannot also be used as a PC.
- Comment on The Plucky Squire recently came out, and used the Steam Deck to represent PC 2 months ago:
We understand that it is frustrating for the users who purchased this game we are currently working with Rockstar Games to find a fix.
The source is reddit, so who knows, but I’ve seen some news stories that used the source to report what I said.
- Comment on The Plucky Squire recently came out, and used the Steam Deck to represent PC 2 months ago:
Isn’t Valve working on that?
- Comment on There's a reason we aren't as harsh on the Steam Deck. Actually, a couple. 3 months ago:
Those flash deals were awesome, I pretty much stopped caring about sales when they ended. Now I mostly use the wishlist and wait for games to come down
- Comment on Acer enter the handheld PC gaming race with the Nitro Blaze 7 3 months ago:
I play too much VR for a mid pc, but I’ve been thinking about something that runs steam os that I could move around (like the switch). Good to know there will be options!

- Comment on Acer enter the handheld PC gaming race with the Nitro Blaze 7 3 months ago:
I think we’re still in the phase where manufacturers try to match the steam deck’s success. But it definitely feels over saturated, and I’ve got no interest in anything other than a steam deck
- Comment on Dome Keeper - A Keeper's Duty is a big free upgrade out now 4 months ago:
Nice, an upgrade to Godot 4!
