I haven’t even looked at the file structures for games yet. Is it similar to where the games folders are? Im guessing the game folders themselves aren’t different, but wheres the steam stuff to get there?
- Comment on [Discussion] What Games are you playing on your Deck? - June 2025 2 days ago:
Balatro, Nier, Dark Souls, and Stardew.

Sekiro is a wierd one because there’s only two buttons during combat for awhile, until you start getting upgrades. Attack and guard. You get more options later on.
The clunkyness is part of the selling point. Dark Souls 1 is massively clunky and it’s my favorite. You have to go into each fight realizing you’re facing off agianst the enemy, you’re not just running in and killing them.

Is anyone else getting slowdown in their games after this update? Even balatro is struggling now. The only reason i can think of is it’s the update. I haven’t done anything else to my settings.

No. Nintendo will brick your switch if they notice it’s modded. This is old news.

Yup. Anyone thinking this is even remotely new has never simply glanced at switch modding.

Your switch has always been in danger of being bricked if you mod it. This isn’t new.

It’s it impossible because this guy can’t download the update, and doesn’t know what editing is?
- Comment on Hori’s officially licensed Steam controller is coming to the US 2 months ago:
Your deck is not an xbox controller. It has back pedals built in.
- Comment on Hori’s officially licensed Steam controller is coming to the US 2 months ago:
I think it depends on what control steam is detecting. Steam has gotten better recently with controller schemes, but you can’t add backpedals to an xbox controller layout still. For example.

- Comment on How The Myth Of The Solo Indie Dev Makes People Think Indie Games Are Cheap To Create - Aftermath 4 months ago:
Obviously there’s indie games that cost nothing except the time of the person who’s making them; that still exists. But then on the upper end of things, I would say it can go into the multiple millions. We’ve certainly worked on games that are multiple millions of dollars just in development costs. If you’ve got a group of people coming together for a game, and it’s a sizable team, then that’s gonna cost [a lot].
I mean, that’s obvious. There absolutely are solo devs. And everyone needs to have money. More people, more money needed.
