From the fact that DS is retro and my bag thing came with a DS even before DSi was out or from my essentials?
The essentials are lightweight and barely add anything to the overall weight of my bag.
Can’t help if the DS carrying case thing makes you feel old, if it’s that. It’s just an old thing I have from my original DS that I ended up breaking as a kid.

I wouldn’t have a clue about any of that since the last time I used a macbook was over a decade ago, so I’ll take your word for the quality.

Then maybe I’m a masochist because my laptop bag basically always has a little old DS bag thing where I store my USB hub and USBs, with my wireless trackball mouse always right next to it. I consider those essentials to my workflow.

Forgot steam devices have trackpad. Yeah, can’t speak for the steam controller track pad, but the steam deck one is like the only exception to the rule.

Now I need to know whether or not they did this testing with trackball mice. Hopefully they’re safer from these types of attacks.

What kind of masochist would ever want to use a trackpad? Nothing against people who actually do, but I absolutely HATE trackpads because I have had a long history of not having a good time with them.
- Comment on Once again, looking for PS2 game suggestions! 2 weeks ago:
I personally like Star Wars Battlefront 1 and 2. I can’t tell you how much I got out of them on an actual PS2 growing up and now on emulator.
Hot Wheels: Beat That! Looked it up, and maybe it’s nostalgia making me blind to how bad it actually is, but I don’t remember it being a 50/100 metacritic score bad, even the last time I played less than a year ago.
Crash Twinsanity. I loved this Crash Bandicoot game and think it holds up well enough in the gameplay department. It’s a long game, so I have less quarrels suggesting it.
Dokopon Kingdom. This is a long and chaotic game. There are probably settings and stuff to get around it, but you might end up like me and have some real seizure level texture glitches that require you to fully restart the game in order to fix. And who knows, maybe in the year or so since I last played, maybe they have fixed whatever issue the game has being emulated.

- Comment on Despite cutting the gags, Borderlands 4's PC specs say it still needs 100GB of SSD space 5 weeks ago:
Yeah, 100GB is already 80GB over my allotted games software download maximum. Any game over 20GB, more likely less, if I wanna accept the download, because I need that space for a million other things, is more than enough for any optimized game.
Maybe if these freaks just actually tried optimizing ( or at least letting the devs do their job instead of micromanaging every single second of their lives ) instead of being mentally deficient people, they could make a game at a reasonable storage needed amount.

I, for one, am absolutely excited. Now I desperately need to finish my replay of the Rush series on my soft modded 3DS.
- Comment on Internet standards body proposes new header field disclosing AI — will make it easier for machines to determine if AI was used on a site 1 month ago:
Yeah, I’mma doubt this is gonna do anything good in the long run, as much as I would want it to. How would the computer be able to tell if the content of the website was written using AI but the header says it’s AI free?
It also sounds like a great way to show AI crawlers where to go to steal information and steal web page contents to feed into training data.

I have been having a lot of fun going Toxicarl runs with nanny paws in Dungeon Clawler, sl I’m probably gonna continue doing that.

Fair enough.
- Comment on Itch.io are seeking out new payment processors who are more comfortable with adult material 2 months ago:
What’s stoping a group like Collective Shout from then forcing the payment processors from going after whatever web domain registrar they get their name from? Or, assuming they don’t use their own hardware, which is extremely likely, that they go after whoever they go through for hosting their website?
As great of an idea as just switching payment processors is, that won’t stop those puritanical pricks because they’ll just switch targets and get the whole website/service taken down if it means fulfilling their Satan guided goals being done in the name of Jesus.
- Comment on [Discussion] What games are you playing on your Deck? - July 2025 3 months ago:
Haven’t been touching my Steam profile a lot recently for games, but I’ve at least been doing some Gemcraft Frostborn Shadows.
Other than that, I actually got back into Sonic Lost Worlds on 3DS. As much as I hate the special stages, one single stage on an unmodded PC version of the game made me realize that movement sucks a little less on the 3DS version.
In other words, I don’t endorse getting the Steam version of you have a 3DS unless you wanna mod it to make the movements less jank. Definitely not a good Sonic game, regardless of device, because of the movement like turning being atrocious.
