- Comment on "We were already running a tight ship": Elder Scrolls 6 devs are worried about Xbox's layoffs causing even more delays to the long-awaited RPG 10 hours ago:
There’s no such thing as a tight ship in a company as mature as Bethesda, particularly not when wrapped inside a geriatric behemoth like Microsoft. Anybody who has worked inside a company of this size knows exactly what it looks like and “efficient” is not the word any of them would use to describe what goes on within their walls. Useless? Yes. Lumbering? Soul-destroying? Shit? You bet. Efficient? No.

I loved Vice City. I thought IV was tolerable but I felt like the mechanics were feeling dated. I hated V, couldn’t get halfway through it, I’m surprised I even bought it given that IV didn’t wow me, was probably the hype. I won’t buy 6 unless it’s on sale for $9.99 or something in five or six years or whatever. It’s all so boring, every time just a marginally better looking world with the same dumb jokes.
If I want to drive I’ve got Cyberpunk, which I did in fact pick up for under $20 on GOG during some sale a while back.

I find it difficult to believe that a 1991 Geo Metro could possibly be that advanced.

I might have some sliver of interest if I had a single Windows machine in my house. Not anymore. Not ever again.
