Tbh therapists keep your data and are obligated to give them to authorities or report you if you act too silly.

You can lobotimize a local LLM to say and act as you please. It’s not better than a therapist, but it’s more private than one.

AI datacenters are buying them up and destroying them for data. Chances are they’re doing this with CDs too.
