Comment on No Rest For The Wicked will be playable on Steam Deck, although recommended PC specs may be a worry
Fubarberry@sopuli.xyz 3 weeks agoMost AAA console games run at 30fps (with a higher fps performance mode option), which would mean that at least 60%+ of gamers are used to 30fps. Also if you look at the top Deck games of last year, it’s filled with games like Baldur’s Gate and Starfield that get 30fps at best. So most Deck owners are fine with lower fps rates too.
I think getting 30fps on a handheld is perfectly fine for most people and most games.

Hell I usually limit games to 45 or 30 if they happen to run 50+ on the Deck. Not because I don’t notice a difference but because “what if I can’t charge my Deck for some reason?”.
