Comment on That didn't last long - the Junk Store for Steam Deck has its Steam page removed

This is general PC gaming news, not gaming on Linux.

That’s pretty silly. In your world a website cannot cover things that aren’t specifically defined within its name.
Despite the fact that in this case, most games that people play on Linux actually are running within a compatibility layer. Somehow that should disqualify them all from getting covered on that site.
It’d be easier for you to just say you hate Linux and don’t want to read about it.

I want to read about it, hence why I don’t read GoL: because most of their articles are irrelevant. I don’t care about a random indie game running on Linux; this isn’t news.

They are actually one of my go to sites for getting info on new and exciting indie games. I know the articles are not as good or long as other publications but it does what it says. If you do have better alternatives that cover indie games and linux gaming, pls do share.

Games running on Linux don’t count if compatibility layers are used. Weird opinion. Expect pushback.

Most games run on Linux if we take compatibility layers into account. What’s the difference with IGN if they talk about all games that run on Linux?
