Workers and Resources keeps crashing and has no usable audio.
Cataclysm: Dark Days Ahead has impossible controls as it uses a full-size keyboard normally.
Minecraft/Minetest need optional gamepad control, especially GUI-wise.
Firefox and streaming is awful on the Steam Deck.
Ok, I know it sounds crazy but I actually quite like this set up I made for playing cataclysm dda using onboard deck controls. The four pop up menus map to left joystick, left touchpad, right joystick and right touchpad.
(No mouse because it is cdda you don’t need a mouse.)

How are you running Minecraft? I’d recommend Prism launcher, and then installing the Controllable mod. It’s excellent - updates the UI and controls to match the console versions of Minecraft.
