  It reminded me of a user winning some steam lottery and getting the complete steam library for free.

  It was ages ago, when it wasn’t so massive. Sadly I can’t find any news post about it anymore

    It was the winner of the Summer (or was it Winter?) Sale prize of 2012. They got every game released up until the competition’s date - and yes, this link is a screenshot of it!
