  For now, I think it was user error. I don’t recall having difficulty lathering this before but the last time I used it was 9/22. I think that if I bloom it, and have more water in the brush, it will create a better lather. There is no problem with the Wald synthetics. I’ll give it a try again next month, but would be interested to know if it has a reputation for being difficult to lather. This month I’m using a different soap for each shave.

    There is a batch of opulence that scoot messed up, and it simply won’t lather. He never took responsibility for it publicly, though 🙄

      Ugh. That’s not cool. I’ll give it another go in December. I still have nine different soaps to use this month.
