Rush Rally 3 is also on mobile and is really solid. I think it is a superb game on either platform.
Please try Motor Town: Behind The Wheel, it isn’t strictly a racing game but the physics, particularly the tire burnout/grip physics are sooo good. Try doing urgent taxi jobs.

These are wonderful! Exactly the kind of thing I hoped might be suggested - less reviews generally means less known, so I’m excited to try!
I think some people get caught up on the few AAA offerings, and miss the indie car games. But maybe I’m generalizing.
I appreciate these, hope others do also :)
