Biden isn’t president anymore. The only function of government bodies such as the SEC is to punish companies that this president doesn’t like. OpenAI is very much in favour, and even if they weren’t they could afford to bribe their way out.

No, they don’t make a cent of profit. They can borrow enough money to bribe their way out, though right now they’re having trouble finding more investors with how much money they’re flushing down the drain.
