title edit: Tesla to unionize wording
He dislikes it because he
[doesn’t] like anything that creates a lords and peasants kind of thing.
Apart from him being the bourgiest of the bourgeoise: Doesn’t he literally call himself “space Emperor” or something?
He hates when people shine a light on the fact that they’re not having as much fun as he is with that idea.
What a quote. Unions are literally the thing that stops a lords and peasants kind of thing.
Nothing reminds me how important unions are more than the rich telling me how bad they are.
I disagree with the idea of billionaires. So there.
Elon has lost his grip on reality - he’s now fully delusional and just making shit up as he goes.
He is incredibly dangerous to society.
Elon made deals w/ hedge funds to funnel him money as they shorted the stock (not to mention 100x leverage derivatives against TSLA). Because Twitter is collateralized against his wonder-child.
Since canceling his PR team, Elon’s entire MO has been to run it into the ground in a manner that seems plausible to the SEC so he doesn’t get out-right sued.
He just isn’t this stupid, whether you want him to be or not.
“Fuck you” to his advertisers seems like a fairly on-brand way to telegraph his true intentions. I really look forward to a point where we can forget about his relevance when all 3 companies bite the dust.
Until true ownership comes about, we just have to watch the 1% dorks destroy an already crumbling, overly-centralized system.
Which stock did they short? TSLA? I thought TSLA was up this year. Isn’t most of his own networth in TSLA stocks?
Is there any serious source on this where I can read about this?
When twitter fails he force sells all of his TSLA as collateral. Simple as that.
He could make way more money than TSLA loses (and he obviously doesn’t give a fuck about the employees losing their jobs) from his 100x bets against Tesla.

Hearing a billionaire saying he dislikes unions is the best case a union can make to get the point across.

That’s called logic and I’m not sure it’s applicable to modern society anymore. I really wish it was but too many people are just allowing their world view to be skewed by news bytes like this. They read it, accept it as fact and march on.
