reason 2: AI (i think music AI are diffusion models, but I’m not sure) is inherently uncreative. It can get snippets and patterns from all music ever published, but it cannot create a single original idea.

Lol. I was in the illustration industry round about Photoshop 4.0. The number of talentless hacks overusing the lens flare filter at the time was too damn high.
