To qualify, devs need an app installed by 1 million users in EU the prior year.
Apple’s approach to the DMA is to push the line wherever possible, and I really hope it causes the EU to bring the hammer down.

The DMA was very poorly written if it allows this. Apple are obviously going to try and get away with as much as they can, but they shouldn’t be able to do this without being fined.
