    I still remember batman using cellphones for mass surveillance one time and being so disgusted by the technology they destroyed it

    What do you expect them to put. The truth? Yeah, “I’m doing this search to find my ex wife so I can murder her. This isn’t admissible in court, right?”. That’ll go great.

      If police want the power to track a person’s movements, they must be required to convince a judge with evidence and probable cause. They should not be able to bypass the Constitution with a search for “haha.”
