After letting them pass many times (well, one of them, the other’s more recent), this time i said “Meh, let’s do it this time” and got Untitled Goose Game and Little Kitty, Big City. Both got me hooked immediately, did all the achievements for the kitty and nearly all for the goose (there’s some for speedrunning, and I’m not really into doing that, so likely those achievements are gonna stay undone forever). Both were fun and would recommend them.

Oh yeah you should! Cute, charming and i keep suspecting it was a bit of a love note to Calvin and Hobbes because the unnamed girl is just like the little girl version of Calvin 😆
Go blind if possible. Do have in mind that the platforming in most of the game isn’t too hard but there’s points where it does ramp up significantly.

Currently going through every Metroidvania Castlevania posterior to Symphony, went through the Advance Collection and had to resort to emulation for the NDS ones, currently on Portrait of Ruin. After that we’ll see.
- Comment on Valve: don’t expect a faster Steam Deck ‘in the next couple of years’ 1 year ago:
I’d say while it’s possible it’s unlikely, remember that they’re running PC games, all based on X86, the work needed to make Wine/Proton run all of that well on a different CPU set is significant, and would likely break compatibility in unexpected ways, effectively bringing all the recent wins moot and bringing Proton backwards. Definitely something that will likely happen, but more of a long-term goal (unless it’s already in progress and with advances, no idea, but we would all have heard of it already if it was a thing)
