Just got an Ultimate 2c. It doesn’t work well in some games. Specifically Sackboy.
If I had another go I’d probably purchase the 8bitdo Pro 2 Hall edition as it can switch between xinput and direct input.

It mentions that the work from Valve was for accessory support. So they may not be extending that much effort towards getting it on specific devices. Rather, I think they’re working on generic PC support on the side.

The exciting thing I am taking from this, specifically because of the ROG Ally are two things:
- Valve intends to support nvidia drivers in SteamOS (the ROG Dock)
- Valve intends to ensure eGPUs are a good experience on SteamOS
If these do make it to fruition that would be a huge benefit overall for Linux gaming.

I’ve been looking forever for an android ROM that does this. Base it on fingerprints and pins.
Surprised no one has used it to streamline multiple profiles for shared devices either.

I am very sad they don’t sell individual keyboard keys.
But at least the input cover is reasonably priced, and I can upgrade to the extended battery while I’m replacing the keyboard.

The one thing I would really like them to improve on is the process of switching users. I have a Chimera system in the living room and it’s so many steps to switch accounts.
Waiting for steam to “shut down” when switching users is very janky.

I’m talking about the Switch remaster of the game. While the Gameboy or SNES versions work, OP asked about Switch games so I only focused on those.

Metroid Prime Remastered plays almost flawlessly on the Deck. Definitely worth trying either for the nostalgia, or because you missed one of the best GameCube games.
