Use AI at all: They already have, and most indies too, very minor AI usage is already a thing in most game studios workflow and has been for a long while (that doesn’t mean we shouldn’t push back against irresponsible AI usage, such as using it for production assets, or more than a couple lines of code at a time).
“Made purely with generative AI”: Debatable that they could get something that compiled, if they could it would be too bad for anything that isn’t a scam to ship, just like NFTs.

There will be, just like there are a bunch of games that use NFTs. Will anyone play them or interact with them? Probably not.

They were just starting to win people over with the simple ai upscaling and then they pull bullshit like this.

The ps5 came out 5 years ago now at an msrp of 500usd, on bestbuy right now you can pick up a ps5 for 500 usd. Granted you now get the slimmer version.
- Comment on Hacker says they banned ‘thousands’ of Call of Duty gamers by abusing anti-cheat flaw 1 year ago:
Vizor said they could simply send a private message — known as a “whisper” in the game — that included one of these hardcoded strings, such as “Trigger Bot,” and get the player they were messaging banned from the game.
That is so fucking stupid.
- Comment on Will a Razer Blade 15 play nicely with Linux? 1 year ago:
I helped set up a raser blade 14 with ubuntu 22.04 and it worked out of the box. Since setting it up I haven’t heard any complaints, which is usually a good sign.

Binding of Isaac would fit the bill. A single game takes between 30min-1hr, but there are dozens of endings, about 30 characters and about 900 unlocks (every ending with every character unlocks a new item, and then there are many unlocks that aren’t tied to that). It took me about 1500hrs to 100% the game and I still boot it up fairly often.

It (used?) to be expected to tip your maintenance man at the end of the year in big apartment buildings (there’s even a friends episode about it). Some scummy landlords try to claim that they are the maintenance man and more and so deserve a tip. I have personally had landlords ask for it,
