- Comment on Steam is ending the physical Steam Gift Cards at retailers! 1 week ago:
Ah… shes a bit narcotic with using her card online. 🤷🏻♂️
- Comment on Steam is ending the physical Steam Gift Cards at retailers! 1 week ago:
Kind of sad - my fiancé really preferred purchasing them to avoid using her card (and sort of give herself an allowance).
- Comment on Questions about the steam frame 1 week ago:
The tech specs dont mention anything about requiring USB 3.0, so I assume you should be fine.
Could always use a PCI adapter if youre that worried about it (or just rely on games that run directly on the Steam Frame.
- Comment on Steam Deck back in stock, with higher pricing 2 weeks ago:
Think his car is sort of a limited production so it’s gained extra value
- Comment on Steam Deck back in stock, with higher pricing 3 weeks ago:
Friend has a used car that he’s contemplating selling because it’s gained value despite the higher mileage.
Meanwhile my launch steam deck just gained value… wtf

The M2 is like twice the performance
- Comment on We're inching closer to the Steam Frame release with a SteamOS Manager update 4 weeks ago:
And the next shift will be when they use ARM for the Steam Deck 2 once FEX has a lot of games/quirks worked out
- Comment on Valve Engineering 5 weeks ago:
Considering its using the habtic motors, probably more likely used to test the capabilities of the controller
- Comment on New Steam update shows four Steam Machine models, though we still don't have a release date 5 weeks ago:
Seems like they’re getting ready to launch soon
Will be curious when the Frame launches (I have a Steam Deck and a Desktop, so im more interested in that) - I would have figured it would have launched first given the architecture

- Comment on Ubisoft shuts down any possibility of Rainbow Six Siege becoming playable on Steam Deck 4 months ago:
Siege has been sort of dead for awhile (its certainly not growing players), so nothing of value was lost.
Ironically, their anticheat also isn’t worth much.
- Comment on NonSteamLaunchers Adds Hytale Support 5 months ago:
Nice, hope this game turns out great - will probably wait for it to officially launch on Steam
- Comment on Lenovo is reportedly planning to release a SteamOS variant of the Legion Go 2 at CES 2026 5 months ago:
No idea, it’s just regular Windows 11 underneath so I don’t believe it’s exempt from licensing.
- Comment on Lenovo is reportedly planning to release a SteamOS variant of the Legion Go 2 at CES 2026 5 months ago:
Makes sense - probably will perform better and they don’t have to pay for a license.
- Comment on Witchfire director says “everybody should attempt to support” Steam Deck as it just makes games better for everyone 5 months ago:
Not just run cooler, but smoother too.
The Moto X was the best phone I’ve ever used, and thays because they took the time to optimize instead of just throwing more RAM/CPU/GPU at the problem.
- Comment on It's a feature. 5 months ago:
There could be Call of Duty, but they’re so focused on selling you skins they can’t make an anticheat that doesn’t require being the NSA.

- Comment on Just got my steam deck lcd and need help with wake on bluetooth 6 months ago:
Just be mindful of the xbox controllers as I think it should be very picky about working only with specific versions of the controller, but what version of SteamOS are you on? It’s been on a journey of being enabled and disabled with each update.
You might want to try the beta version

Wonder if they would ever consider adding Qi2
- Comment on Valve employee Pierre-Loup Griffais talks more about anti-cheat support for Linux/SteamOS on FPS Podcast #83 6 months ago:
And when Windows removes the ability to use kernel level anticheating?
It’s nothing but a crutch for developers to detect cheaters. Look at Arc Raiders for example.
- Comment on Valve employee Pierre-Loup Griffais talks more about anti-cheat support for Linux/SteamOS on FPS Podcast #83 6 months ago:
There’s no reason your games anticheat shouldn’t be working under Linux.
- Comment on ARC Raiders is now Steam Deck Verified 6 months ago:
You could run it fine before, it just required experimental.
Your not going to be high quality at 60fps, but it’s certainly serviceable.
