- Comment on Quake Champions goes from free to paid, with no more content updates planned 1 week ago:
Aren’t you supposed to do it the other way around
Why would anyone pay for a game that you just abandoned when they used to play it for free when you were actively working on it
- Comment on GOG confirm they are working towards GOG Galaxy on Linux 2 months ago:
Thank fuck, I was really mystified when I swapped to Linux a couple years ago and learned there was just no GOG Linux support basically
- Comment on Beetleball looks hilarious, like Rocket League with bugs that have crazy abilities 2 months ago:
I might have to try this one out, I liked rocket league but not enough to follow it to epic
- Comment on Deus Ex, Saints Row and TimeSplitters might be lent out to external partners, Embracer say, possibly paving the way for new entries 4 months ago:
If you want to make your own Deus Ex or Saint’s Row game, you can just do that. You’re gonna have to call it something else, but who cares? The name isn’t adding that much, the important part is getting the themes, mechanics, and vibes right.
If you don’t want to make your own Deus Ex or Saint’s Row game and you buy the name and now you have to make one, the game you make is gonna be trash.
- Comment on 'This is definitely my last TwitchCon': High-profile streamer Emiru was assaulted at the event, even as streamers have been sounding the alarm about stalkers and harassment 11 months ago:
I feel crazy for even saying it, but yeah, that is exactly what it looks like to me. Like Twitch staff specifically wanted this to happen, as some sort of revenge against her for mistreating their fellow predators.
