The support is top notch too. I was an earlier adopter, and the original mount has a tendency to go soft after a while and droop. They sold an upgrade kit for just the cost of parts and it was easy to install. I also had a clip fail a year after purchase, and they sent a replacement free of charge after contacting them.
I’ve since bought a second for my partner. My know complaint is that the Lenovo Legion Go mount isn’t as sturdy as the Steam Deck mount (single vertical clasp versus x-shaped), and if not positioned perfectly on the Lenovo it can obstruct the ventilation. I used some heat tape to secure it in place, but I wish it wasn’t necessary.

Thanks, internet stranger! I do have a MSc in Artificial Intelligence. Might as well defend what I do, right?

We all have. Where people can’t enjoy a video game because it was created using cutting edge technology they disapprove of, that they wouldn’t even know was used if the information wasn’t volunteered.
I’m talking, of course, about computers. I would have been fine enjoying this game while believing they did it all with pen and paper, but noooooo, they have to ruin that by telling my they ruined the planet a bit more by using computers - which everyone knows uses electricity, and that harms the environment.
How are we supposed to enjoy the game knowing the climate was damaged for it to be created? They just shouldn’t the told us. Ignorance is bliss, am I right? I hope they learn their lesson for Crazy Taxi: Universe Tour and either don’t use computers, or they keep their big mouths shut so I can just enjoy the game!

That does sound like something Elon Musk would do.
Oh, did you hear that cameras are used to literally take pictures of nude children? Cameras are evil. Oh, and then they use this thing called “the Internet” to transmit them. The Internet is evil! Also, they use computers to open the pictures. Computers are evil!
We need to ban everything. To protect the children.

Oh, yes, you’re so very correct. I’ve then heard that generative AI runs on the blood of babies, and every time you use it someone loses their soul. And every time you send it a prompt it steals all the art around you, and it can never be recovered - it’s just gone for good. It’s a stochastic parrot that only outputs forgeries, and paradoxically it only creates slop and hallucinations. Demons wish they could be so evil as AI.
That’s why I’ve never used AI and never will.

No, just you. I can tell you make nothing but slop. You wish your code could measure up to first generation LLM output.

Competent developers don’t use computers either. Nor electricity. The really competent programmers do all their code solely on pencil and paper /s

If it were actual slop you would be able to tell without the disclosure. It’s the fact that you can’t that shows how ridiculous this manufactured controversy is.

The problem with discussing it is they paint a target on their back for the misinformed mob to target with their irrational hatred.
Think about it - if it were really that bad, you should know AI was used without needing disclosure. The fact that you do shows AI-use is a total non-issue, but it’s the latest target for the hate-filled mob. Admitting you’ve used AI is like wearing a pro-Palestine shirt to a Trump rally.

Any fun game that uses AI, to support modernization of the industry and offset the haters.

Not as good as boycotting a game because of a tool they used that you wouldn’t even know they used it they hadn’t disclosed it. That’s a far better argument.
- Comment on Not even Crazy Taxi: World Tour is safe from generative AI, as Sega admit they used it to make background assets 5 weeks ago:
Well, so long as they didn’t also use computers. Real developers use crayons on the back of napkins, and I’m going to boycott this game if I learn any electricity was used at any point in the process.

Yeah! I hear every time AI generates something a baby is thrown into a wood chipper. No one should use any technology, ever.

- Comment on DLSS Multi-Frame Generation Is Now Easier To Enable On Steam Deck, And It Makes Gameplay Worse 3 months ago:
It depends entirely on the genre. Turn based games are EXCELLENT candidates for frame generation. Who cares if there is sub-second input lag if you have unlimited time to make your selections? It’s well with a little bit of lag to run a game on much higher quality settings, and still maintain 60+ FPS.
- Comment on Windows 11 is getting support for 1,000 Hz+ monitors soon as part of Insider builds — Microsoft has reportedly increased the refresh rate limit to 5,000 Hz 3 months ago:
The quicker the panel vreceives the signal to change, the less ghosting. Even if you can’t perceive the individual frames the overall image will be more crisp because it transitions to the correct image sooner. Pixel changes aren’t instantaneous, especially when going between opposite ends of the spectrum.
