Does headless monitor fixes on Wayland mean we can stream 4k video to a 4k device without having a 4k monitor on our PC?

I hope so, I know I’ve run into issues before with streaming from a server with no available monitors, so I’m hoping this will fix that.

Yes, although the method above only applies to Hyprland and some other wlroots compositors. You can use the [virtual edid]](discuss.kde.org/t/…/5) approach on other systems, but it may not be supported on Nvidia GPUs.
