I mean, say what you want about the tenets of dry white toast eating, Dude. But at least it’s an ethos.
Is that why my podium computer on campus restarted randomly during a students presentation?
I will say it would have been a good advertisement for Linux except they’re almost all Mac users… Lol

It is pretty wild to just watch Microsoft voluntarily and aggressively piss away the core product that brought them all their success, and that is still critical to the future success.

Yup, my work software is not on Linux for some stupid reason. None of the specialized software I would need were I to go back into my old profession is on Linux. I even emailed the manufacturers of the 2 big reliable software packages and they just said they had no plans to develop it anytime soon abs the dude I was talking with did not know WINE. That’s the extent of my Linux knowledge tho so…
