Do people actually browse steam via web browser? I was just use the actual steam storefront since I’m going to be in it anyway when I play the game.

I almost exclusively browse the store via my regular web browser and because of that I have already become used to the steamdb browser extension providing addtional information. And the steam client itself is technically just a dedicated browser window.

I’ll have to check it out. It’s never really occurred to me before that there could be plugins to add additional functionality.
What steam really needs is a “I found the game you’re searching for, but I’m pretty certain you actually mean this other game with a very similar name and that’s actually popular” feature. They can call it The Outer Wilds feature.
