Yeah, basically if you ordered something before from Valve anywhere in Europe, then all your shipping-related data leaked.
It’s pretty bad.
That data itself is not particularly secret, the connection to steam makes it a bit more potent. As explained in the mail, expect steam-related phishing attacks.
Why do they keep that data even? Why need address, phone nr for digital goods
