But also Valve will support it.
I bought one of those physical Steam Links nobody cared about. They didn’t do well and Valve ended it fairly quickly. 10 years later it still gets occasional updates from them and benefits from broader Steam Big Picture updates.
Steam Deck has been a huge success. Of course they’ll continue to support it.
- Comment on Valve explain why using PayPal for Steam purchases isn't currently an option in a whole bunch of countries 3 weeks ago:
“In early July 2025, PayPal notified Valve that their acquiring bank for payment transactions in certain currencies was immediately terminating the processing of any transactions related to Steam,” Valve wrote.
I just assume this is related to trying to control morality yet again.

Basically nobody will actually make functional use of 32GB RAM on any machine.
- Comment on Citing “market conditions,” Nintendo hikes prices of original Switch consoles 4 weeks ago:
Nintendo increased prices on 13 year old tech released 8 years ago.
- Comment on Hideo Kojima learned "so many ways to kill people" in training, says it's "kind of sad" many devs "don't know how to dismantle a gun or shoot a gun" despite making military games 4 weeks ago:
No kidding. They just go and make Khajiit without ever owning cats or even like researching them at all. Pathetic.
- Comment on What are you all using for game/library tracking, on Steamdeck? 1 month ago:
I use custom categories for my games, both to categorized the style of game and also mark completed ones. You can add to multiple categories.
I also use the hell out of Steam Notes per game, which supports markdown by the way. I use it to note things I’ve played elsewhere, or unique notes about setting up a game to play, custom settings, or stuff to remember if I don’t come back to play for months or something.
They generally sync between my Deck and PC too.
- Comment on Smaller rally/racing games I recommend you try! 1 month ago:
- Parking Garage Rally Circuit is pretty fun and runs well.
- V-Rally 4 is pretty smooth as well if you turn down settings a little bit. I love that it has a unique hill climb road in eastern Europe that Top Gear or Grand Tour covered. I don’t remember the name.
- Truck Racer is a fun ps3-era arcade style game.
I have yet to play them on Steam Deck, hut I’ve played these on other consoles and loved them:
- WRC 4
- FIA European Truck Racing Championship
- Wreckfest

Okay, CoPilot, log in to ChatGPT, use it to program The Elder Scrolls 6. Add an online mode and micro transactions.

Now when they say “defend”…
Cause like, they don’t seem to give a shit about legal system stuff anymore.
What I mean is, am I donating to put someone on the phone with a lawyer, or am I paying to put a piece in their hand and help them fucking do something about these assholes?

Very interesting. Good to know. I just never bothered to try again. Thank you for all the info.

It requires a full reset and starting over from scratch. Whatever. Fucking idiotic complaint to needle in on that one word and a bunch of fucking comments, none of which at all even address my point. But thanks for nothing.

Have they ever fixed 5ghz wifi? It used to brick my OG deck and then clearly did with OLED as well. Just kept it on 2.4 forever. Stupid ass problem.
