    Some games I have no clue how they managed their Deck verification. Monster Hunter Wilds recently got it, and there is just no way that game can run smoothly on that thing.

      30 FPS. No frame gen.

      Runs pretty well. Lots of texture pop-in and the only place I have slowdowns is when the seasons are “plenty” and there is extra vegetation in the plains and jungle.

      Not perfect but playable. I probably could get more out of it by lowering textures and additional character animations.

    There needs to be a rating system.

    Runs (but borderline unplayable) Plays well (but not perfect) Plays great!

    Tried to run Expedition 33 on it and although performance seemed ok, it looked a right mess.

      I mean, there is. Just with two levels instead of three. Playable and verified are the two highest and on top of that we have Unsupported for everything where we know that it doesn’t work and unknown which can be pretty much any of them but more often than not plays well.

      For me if the battery can’t hold the game for at least 3 hours, it’s unplayable.

  Indie game that pops up a name prompt in the first 5 minutes and past that is fine: UNPLAYABLE

  AAA game that makes it past the title screen to gameplay at about 5fps: VERIFIED

  Take that with a huge grain of salt. There’s some games that are Steam Deck verified that are… dubious at best.
