So this whole time I thought Gearbox made Remnant, when it was merely published by Gearbox. You’d think they have slightly different logos for the development studio vs their publishing branch.

Remnant was published by Perfect World Entertainment. Embracer Group bought Perfect World. Embracer moved Perfect World under the Umbrella of Gearbox Publishing, who they also owned, as Gearbox Publishing San Francisco. And now that take two bought back the original gearbox publishing from embracer they (embracer) are renaming what they still own.
At least that’s how I understand it.
Bold. Bold to be proud of Star Trek online after dumping it after only a few months.
Admittedly, I haven’t played in years, but doesn’t Arc still run STO?
Star Trek Online and Star Trek Infinite are two different things.
Oh damn you’re right, I completely forgot that was Paradox. I had just looked at Infinite that day to see if it was worth getting and read the horrible reviews…
But why?

Did I miss something? What about Borderlands?

Gearbox Publishing ≠ Gearbox Software
With them now separating, legally I don’t think they would want to advertise a game they no longer publish.

Ah, confusing about publisher and developer. Thanks.
