- Comment on Massive generational gap: Gen Z flocks to multiplayer, while 55+ sticks to single-player 1 month ago:
Gen-z also gets massive psychological trauma because online multiplayer games suck, needing to deal with other gen Z people online.

Black and white TV was fine 60 years ago and it’s fine now

We live 4.5kms from an airport. Can’t even fly it in our backyard since the limit is 5kms. Doesn’t matter how high you fly it.
- Comment on Against The Storm's 1.3 update is out now and it's one for the zoomers 6 months ago:
To me it’s not really a challenge, it’s just annoying. It’s pretty easy to adapt, but I like having things symmetrical and it annoys me when I get certain layouts. So much that I almost feel like abandoning my settlement immediately upon start.

I just want to be able to place my starting warehouse instead of being forced to build around the random start layout :(

Microsoft handles everything like idiots. Because all they do is try and improve how much money they make, not how good their products are.
- Comment on Dragon’s Dogma 2 modders are finding ways around the otherwise acclaimed RPG's controversial microtransactions 7 months ago:
$100 games shouldn’t have microtransactions.
Either have a large upfront cost or be free with microtransactions.

Except the only criteria was race.
If you had a gay immigrant from Eastern Europe vs a gay immigrant from Asia and the candidate from Asia got the job just because they weren’t white, that’s where it becomes racist.
- Comment on 'The Witcher 4 will channel the “freedom” of CDPR’s Cyberpunk 2077' 11 months ago:
Personally I spent over a hundred hours in TW3 and finished all the DLC whereas I couldn’t get past the first few intro missions to CP2077. Gave it up in under 20 hours or so. Can’t even remember why the game just never stuck out as special in any way to me.
- Comment on ...did everyone get this? 11 months ago:
If someone could guarantee me that I would die 20 years from now I think I would take it. I would rather a guaranteed 20 years than a potential 40.
It would be great not having to worry about death for that long. I could get hit by a bus tomorrow.
- Comment on Stardew Valley creator confirms he's made "a ton of progress" on update 1.6 11 months ago:
New maps? I found that I always gravitated towards one map as I disliked all the rest. Mostly just wanted a big open space to go crazy, not obstacles that I had to design around.
- Comment on Passing on the right on a highway 11 months ago:
It’s more dangerous, if you’re about to pass a vehicle which limits your vision like a semi, box truck, delivery van, etc. and you can’t really see what’s ahead of you in the right lane, if you’re sitting in the left side of the vehicle, you won’t get good visibility until you are a decent amount of the way into the lane already.
By the time you’re far enough In to see what’s ahead of you it may be too late to switch back if there’s a slow vehicle and you can rear end them. Passing on the left you can see what’s ahead by just moving close to the left and craning your head a bit.

They look like they weren’t quite ripe when put in the container. Probably contributed a bit to the longevity.
