I do have some gog games, and I was thinking the other day I wanted to see how X-Wing and TIE Fighter play with the Steam Controller.

So far I have only used Lutris to install the sims 4 for my wife on my old Lenovo legion laptops. I have not kept up with the program.
I had no idea about llm with it.

I have not needed to use heroic yet, but I keep meaning to install it so I can see what it is all about.

Bone stock, unless you look inside and I replaced the hard drive with a higher capacity one.
- Comment on [Discussion] What games are you playing on your Deck or Machine? - August 2026 2 weeks ago:
I get bored rather quickly with Palworld. I will play for a month or so solid, then put it down for 8+ months. But I do that with pokemon too.

It is not, and I did have to start over again.

I finally picked up palworld on the deck (previously had it on ps5). I have been playing that a bit.

I hesitated on my Steam machine reservation and someone suggested trying this. I ended up spending most of the money on something else. But it is great to know they help with this.

It is what allows a TV to switch to the correct input when you turn on a device correct?

I ended up using most of the steam machine money to buy a new Roland Keyboard (musical kind), but this is a great surging suggestion.

So everyone can blow it out of proportion like they did with NMS?
- Comment on [Discussion] How well does playing your Steam Deck docked work for you? 2 months ago:
It works just fine for me. I have played a few games that need a keyboard and trackball, so those work great docked. I used to have a setup with external speakers and a monitor connected to my dock.
If I ever get a Steam Controller I am sure I will play docked even more. My most played game is No Man’s Sky, which I mostly play on a stand for my iPad. It puts the screen a little higher and allows it to stand up when I am not holding it.

It was the same for my Steam deck. Plain brown box with a DOT label for the battery.

Additionally:
-
Your account must be in good standing on Steam
-
You must have made a purchase on Steam prior to April 27, 2026
I realize the purchase will not fix all scalping, but it will help with some.

I did not know you could do this. I did save my credit card info yesterday, but would have done this if I knew how.

Mine notifies when it hits 10%, but it is easily missed. I wish it was a persistent overlay rather than a quick flash, i also wish it s at 25%.
- Comment on [Discussion] What are you playing on your Deck? - Feb 2026 6 months ago:
I have been playing quite a bit of Hytale. While ipt is not on steam, it was very easy to install, and plays really well with a trackball and keyboard. It probably plays fine with a controller too, but I have not tried that.
- Comment on Mouse Clicks not registering in desktop mode 6 months ago:
It is looking more and more like it is Bluetooth related. After my initial post I discovered I could click on the Bluetooth icon and then navigate using my keyboard to the on/off slider. Once I restarted Bluetooth and reconnected my devices I could click again.
Yesterday I stopped by work (been home sick since Thursday) and grabbed my usb keyboard and trackball, since connecting them (they are what I use at work with my Steam deck) I have had no issues with clicks.
- Comment on Mouse Clicks not registering in desktop mode 6 months ago:
I gave that a try, clicked away everything, then when I clicked on the desktop the screen went black with only my mouse cursor. I had to reboot to get back to the desktop.
- Comment on Mouse Clicks not registering in desktop mode 6 months ago:
I saw about the on screen keyboard. I have tried both with Steam open, minimized to dock, and closed.
Clicking on the taskbar works fine, and the very top of the screen. For now, toggling Bluetooth off/on is working.

- Comment on Keyboard and mouse suggestions 7 months ago:
I picked up a slim Keychron mechanical keyboard (2.4ghz dongle, usb, or Bluetooth connection), plus a wired elecom trackball. I connect it with a uGreen steam deck dock, which also has an hdmi out if I want a larger screen.
