  Goat Simulator suffers from the same issue. It’s not a SIMULATOR. Sure, they put in the effort to make it seem like one, but in the background they just attach a camera to a real goat that you control remotely via wires into it’s brain.

  It’s just lazy programming really.

  The only thing I can say is that many large IT organizations require a degree. Not for any good reason, but it’s a thing you may have to contend with.

  But yes, we pay land tax on all land in the US, based on property value and structures. Regardless if it’s rented.
