  Ergo kit is $60 (I assume USD), no Linux streaming at launch, the initial experience is basically just a wireless Index (for better or worse)

  $60 for the ergonomic kit, which is a couple of pieces of fabric, is rough. Doesn’t bode well for the price of the HMD.

  I suspect Linux/Machine streaming will be there at launch and might be a reason they’ve been so late with the launch. We’ve seen quite a few Linux fixes in recent SteamVR releases.

    They might sell it near cost, since the only practical way to use it is through Steam. I understand why they didn’t do that with the Steam Machine, because that’s very easy to use without Steam.
