Also it will be priced at $60USD, and doesn’t require an Internet connection to play.
Deck getting more support = Linux getting more support. That’s awesome, hopefully it get other dev doing the same, better yet releasing native version.

I am holding my expectations of course, but this is a sign of things to come. Oooh, if gaming goes full linux support, that’ll be super fun to watch MS burn to ashes.
I still have to play the first one, but it’s great to see that the Deck keeps getting support
Its great. You should. If you like SCP you’ll enjoy it more.
Me too. It’s in my library of shame. If you don’t have it yet, its on sale for very cheap price of 4 Euros, so I would wait: SteamDB lowest recorded price is 3.99€ at -90%, Price seen 7 times, last on Jun 1, 2026 (16 days ago) …steampowered.com/…/CONTROL_Ultimate_Edition/
Give it a go. The game’s way better than the lack of popularity lets on
I got it for free from Epic. It was a few years ago around the holidays. I think I’ve seen it again since then.
It’s on Humble right now I think
The first game is so nice. Only thing off is the enemy variety. But that seems to be solved in the sequel. Let’s go!
Big fan of Control and this is great news. The Paranatural Manhattan trailer has me very interested. (youtu.be/NvncU_SQO5Y).
Damn that song slaps. Manalan Mailla.
As in Linux Native or not actually support?
Probably that they’re actively testing in on Deck through Proton, fixing related issues, and adjusting performance to make sure it’s a good experience.
Can we get Alan Wake 2 on Steam, pls?
Epic fully funded and published it. It’s just not happening.
Unlikely to ever happen, unfortunately, as Epic is the publisher for AW2.
Ever is a big word. If Fortnite and Unreal money dry up, then maybe?
Love seeing day one support on Steam Deck.

A surprise, to be sure, but a welcome one. Alan Wake II ran like crap on the Deck.
